Can you deliver the wallpaper to my home or office?
Absolutely, we will send the wallpaper to the address you specify during the order process.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is handed over to FedEx or UPS, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applicable. We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will accept the return and resend the item promptly. Please retain the damaged shipping tube or product. We cannot refund delivery charges unless the goods are faulty or incorrect. Any damaged orders must be reported to our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@wallhue.com with photos of the damage and order details. Reports of damage after this period may result in us being unable to process a replacement.
We recommend inspecting all wallpaper rolls before hanging, as refunds cannot be issued once the wallpaper is hung. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by installers or decorators when goods are not inspected beforehand. In the case of a defect, contact us immediately. Usually, we will ask for a sample image showing the fault and the product labels – returning the entire product is typically unnecessary.
Ensure you check all wallpaper for defects before and during installation, and retain the product and labels until decorating is complete and any issues are resolved with us. If the product is faulty, a replacement or refund will be provided at no extra charge. Note that samples cannot be returned.
