Shipping Information
We create great designs and bring these designs to you by using the highest quality materials. Wherever you are in the world, we make your orders ready to ship within 3 business days. And we deliver all over the world within 4–10 business days.
We ship via our partners UPS and FedEx, and the delivery time is usually 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that local customs and duties may apply depending on your country.
You will receive a notification when your order is prepared and shipped. Tracking information becomes available within 24 hours.
Can you send the wallpaper to my home or office?
Of course! We will send the wallpaper to the address you provide during the checkout process.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is handed over to FedEx or UPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.
Customs and Import Taxes
Customs and import taxes are included in the price. You won’t have to pay anything extra — we take care of all duties and customs processes.
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The shipping cost for returns is the customer's responsibility.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will immediately accept the return or resend the product at no additional cost. Please retain the damaged product and its packaging.
Important: We cannot refund delivery charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Any damaged or mistaken orders must be reported to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please email [email protected] with images of the damage and your order details. Damage reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Before Installation
We recommend inspecting all wallpaper rolls before hanging. Refunds cannot be issued once the product has been installed. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by installers or decorators due to uninspected products.
In the case of a fault, contact us immediately with clear images showing the issue and all product labels. Typically, you won't need to return the entire item.
Please keep all product labels and do not discard the wallpaper until your installation is complete and you're sure the product is defect-free.
Samples cannot be returned.
