Two red-crowned cranes stand beside a gnarled pine tree, set against a large vermilion-orange sun, reflective lake and layered blue-green mountains. Fine ivory feather lines, inky blue-black tail plumage, antique-gold mist and curling cream clouds give this Japanese-inspired wallpaper mural the detailed look of ukiyo-e printwork with painterly texture. From across the room, the orange sun and pale cranes create a clear focal point against the deep teal-blue pine canopy. Up close, the gold-flecked clouds, weathered brown bark and individual feathers reward a closer look. It works behind a bed, sofa or dining table, and gives a hotel lounge or restaurant wall a strong focal scene. For customers moving from Japanese computer wallpaper or mountain wallpaper references to a full wall covering, this mural has much more depth and scale. A considered choice for Japandi, Japanese-inspired, vintage and moody contemporary interiors. The birds wallpaper design pairs especially well with dark timber, matte black furniture, aged brass and warm cream upholstery.

Standard Wall To ensure a perfect fit, measure the entire height and width of your wall. Provide the exact dimensions of the surface to be covered, excluding skirting boards or coving. Double-check your measurements before sending them to us.

Sloped Wall For walls or ceilings with slopes, measure only the longest and widest parts, disregarding the slopes. Your mural will be produced as a full rectangle or square, and the slope will be cut away during installation.

Pitched Wall If your wall has two slanted sections, measure the longest parts in both width and height. The mural will be created as a square or rectangle, with cutaways made during installation.

Wall with Obstacles For walls with doors, windows, or other obstacles, measure the total width and height of the wall. Obstacles will be cut away during installation. If you can share additional measurements, a photo, or a simple plan, we’ll include the obstacle’s position in your proof image.

Multiple Walls If covering multiple walls, simply add up the widths of each wall and provide us with a single measurement. No need to order the mural in separate pieces.
