Returns
Custom-Sized Wallpaper Orders
Custom-sized wallpaper orders cannot be returned, except in cases of damage during transit or incorrect delivery. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 3 days. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. It should be returned within 30 days with all packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
